Chhatra Odhikar Parishad president was allegedly taken from the home of its mother organization Gono Odhikar Parishad (partial) President Nurul Haque Nur allegedly by detectives during a midnight raid, according to the party.
The incident happened at about 2am on Wednesday.
At that time, Nur came on Facebook live several times where he said DB members broke the door of his house as he did not want to open the door at late night. Later, they picked up Chhatra Odhikar Parishad president Bin Yamin Mollah.
Police seized CCTV camera and mobile phone set used in the lives from his house, Nur alleged.
Chhatra Odhikar Parishad general secretary Ariful Islam alleged that plainclothes men picked up Yamin`s father Rafiqul Mollah at about 8pm on Tuesday and around 10pm, they picked up the party joint general secretary Nazmul Hasan. Later, they were released before morning.
